1 out of 10 infants are born prematurely in the United States

We are a nonprofit status pending located in Central Arkansas to support, comfort and bring cheer to local families with a child or children in the neonatal intensive care unit.  

In the United States, 1 out of every 10 infants are born prematurely.  Having a child in the NICU is not something any parent ever expects to happen.  It is a frightening, lonely and exhausting journey for parents.  It is realizing you will be discharged and leave your baby behind. It is countless hours spent listening to alarms beeping while you sit alone in a small room with your baby.  It is having to ask a nurse if you can hold your child.  It is learning a new language and figuring out what all the equipment does for your child.  It is overwhelming...and you can help!

Our goal is to provide these families with gift bags containing items such as activity books, pens, journals, individual snacks, reusable water cups, chapstick, hand sanitizer, hand lotion, etc.

We want to brighten their day as we come alongside these families during such a difficult season of life.  Special days such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, etc are especially hard for families with a child or children in the NICU and knowing that someone cares can make all the difference!
